Brit woman reveals secret romance with Clooney

LONDON: A single British mother has said she had a four-month romance with Hollywood superstar George Clooney.

The woman, Sarah Talley, says Clooney fell for her after they met in a Las Vegas nightspot, pagesix.com website reported. Talley added that she was swept off her feet and Clooney flew her around on his private jet and dined with her at his Hollywood mansion.

Dailysnack.com reports that he also got up early to cook her breakfast and cuddled her as they watched movies and gave her young son gifts like a replica Live8 guitar.

She said: "He made me feel like a woman. He told me I was beautiful, kissed all down my neck and made me tingle. It was all I hoped it would be and better."

"I kind of bumped into him and said, 'You're George Clooney!' He smiled and said, 'Hey, come and hang out with us'. He was sweet and non-offensive. He liked that I was British and we talked about home a lot.

"We talked about his place in Lake Como, Italy, and he invited me and my friend there for summer. He was respectful and didn't even ask for a dance."

Julia Roberts delivers a baby boy

LOS ANGELES: Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts gave birth to a baby boy, her third child with husband Danny Moder, People magazine reported on its website.

Roberts and Moder, who are also parents of two-year-old twins, welcomed Henry Daniel Moder at a Los Angeles hospital yesterday, her spokeswoman told People.

"The Moder family is doing great," Marcy Engelman said.

Engelman was not immediately available for further comment.

Roberts, 39, who won an Academy Award for playing the title role in the 2000 film 'Erin Brockovich,' married Moder, a 38-year-old cameraman, in 2002 at her ranch in New Mexico.

Roberts gave birth to twins Phinnaeus and Hazel in November of 2004.

Topless Britney thanks fans for support

A topless Britney Spears has thanked fans for their support during "the trying time" that has included the end of her marriage, a bizarre public meltdown and a spell in rehab.

In a message posted on her website www.britneyspears.com, a photo of Spears wearing nothing but a pair of elbow-length white gloves appears alongside a message to fans who have included the troubled pop princess in their prayers.

"The reason for this letter is to let everyone know that their prayers have truly helped me," Spears writes.

"I am so blessed that you care enough about me to be concerned and will continue to live in this brighter state with all of you by myself during this trying time," she said.

"We are all lights of the world and we all need to continuously inspire others and look to the higher power," she added.

Spears split from husband Kevin Federline last year, an event that triggered an avalanche of tabloid stories about the Oops! ... I Did It Again star.

She was photographed partying hard in Los Angeles and Las Vegas -- often pantyless -- and bizarrely shaved her head shortly before entering a rehabilitation clinic.

Britney Shaves her head, goes Bald

LOS ANGELES, February 17, 2007 (Source)- Britney Spears appeared in a tattoo parlor in the San Fernando Valley with her head shaved completely bald.
Video on KABC-TV showed the newly shorn Spears with tiny tattoos on the back of her neck as she sits Friday night for a new tattoo -- a pair of red and pink lips.

"She just wanted something real small on her wrist, something dainty," Max Gott, the tattoo artist at Body and Soul in Sherman Oaks, told the TV station. "She got some cute little lips on her wrist."


Derrik Snell, who works at the tattoo parlor, said Spears showed up without notice and stayed for about 90 minutes as about 60 fans, photographers and gawkers gathered outside.





"She seemed fine," Snell said. "I didn't really notice (the hairdo) at first, she had a hood on when she showed up."

Before heading to the tattoo parlor, Spears grabbed an electric clipper and shaved her own head at a San Fernando Valley salon Friday night, it was reported.

"I tried to talk her out of it. I said, 'Are you sure you're not having a bad day and tomorrow you'll feel differently about it? Why don't we wait a little bit?"' salon owner Esther Tognozzi said.

"She said, 'No, I absolutely want it shaved off now.' Next thing I know, she grabbed the buzzer and she went to the back of my salon and she was shaving off her own hair," Tognozzi said.

The appearance came the same day as reports on TV and Web sites that Spears, who has drawn criticism for her recent partying and sloppy behavior, had briefly checked into rehab.

Larry Rudolph, Spears' manager, couldn't be reached for comment.

Syndicated entertainment TV show "Extra" first reported that Spears had entered a treatment facility. Celebrity Web site TMZ.com then said the singer had entered a treatment center but had checked out one day later. Neither revealed their sources.

People magazine's Web site, citing "a source," said Spears had gone in and out of rehab, and identified the facility as Eric Clapton's Crossroads center in Antigua, in the Caribbean.

"Access Hollywood" then said the reports weren't true, but didn't cite a source.

A woman who answered the phone at Crossroads told The Associated Press that she couldn't confirm or deny anyone's presence at the facility.

Angelique Uram, a Spears fan who stood on the tattoo parlor's sidewalk for Friday night's spectacle, was aghast at the singer's new look.

"We could see her in the mirror, and her head is completely shaved," she told KABC. "It looks terrible."

Police arrived to control the crowd and helped Spears' bodyguards guide her into a waiting SUV, her head covered by a hooded sweatshirt.

On Feb. 8, 2007, Anna Nicole Smith died in a Florida hospital after collapsing at a hotel. Over the past decade, the personal and professional evolution of Anna Nicole Smith has played out in the spotlight.

In 1994, Smith married Texas billionaire J. Howard Marshall II. The couple, who met at a Houston strip club where she worked, married when she was 26 and he was 89. Marshall died 14 months later, leaving behind an estate reportedly worth $1.6 million.

Within weeks of the oil baron's death, Anna Nicole Smith squared off with his son, E. Pierce Marshall, claiming that her late husband had promised her half of his estate. Marshall accused Smith of taking advantage of his father, who reportedly paid for her breast implants and spent millions on her. On television and in court, Smith denied the allegations and insisted that she loved her late husband.

Anna Nicole Smith's battle against E. Pierce Marshall over her late husband's estate made its way through courts in Los Angeles and Houston. Smith teamed up with her husband's other son, James Howard Marshall III, to sue E. Pierce Marshall for a portion of his father's estate. Like Smith, James Howard Marshall III claimed that his father had promised him a share of the estate, but was not included in the will.

A jury ultimately rejected her claims that she was entitled to his estate. Anna Nicole Smith cried as she testified in her 2001 probate trial in a lawsuit against E. Pierce Marshall.

Smith covered her ears as a clip from "A Current Affair" was played during her testimony in the probate trial over her late husband's estate. After Daniel Smith died, Anna Nicole Smith hired famed pathologist Cyril Wecht to perform a private autopsy on her son. Wecht said that Daniel Smith died from a lethal combination of methadone and two antidepressants on Sept. 10, 2006. Though Wecht acknowledged that methadone is used to treat heroin and morphine addicts, he said he had no information to conclude that Daniel was using it for either reason.

Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel Smith, was laid to rest in Nassau, Bahamas, on Oct. 19, 2006, six weeks after his death.

Photographer Larry Birkhead claimed he was the father of Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter and filed a lawsuit demanding that Smith return to California to establish paternity of the child through DNA tests. In November 2006, a judge ordered Smith to submit her newborn baby to a genetic test to establish paternity.

Anna Nicole Smith's attorney and longtime boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, said he was the newborn's father. Stern and Smith exchanged vows in September 2006 in a ceremony that was not legally binding.

Anna Nicole Smith dies after collapsing in hotel

Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Florida hospital, a law enforcement source told CNN.

Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel, according to news reports.

"I can confirm that she is deceased. It's as shocking to me as to you guys," Smith's attorney, Ronald Rale, told Reuters. "I don't know anything further. [Her lawyer and husband] Howard [K. Stern], obviously, is speechless and grieving."

TMZ.com had reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.

According to reports, Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room.

Smith was involved in a paternity suit regarding the parentage of her daughter, Danielynn, as well as other disputes, including some regarding a house she stayed at in the Bahamas around the time she gave birth.

Earlier this week, Smith was included in a class-action lawsuit against a company, TrimSpa, for which she had worked as a spokesperson. TrimSpa makes a product it claims leads to substantial weight loss. The lawsuit alleges the marketing of the product, TrimSpa X32, was false or misleading.

Smith's son, Daniel Wayne Smith, died at age 20 just days after the birth of Smith's daughter. Pathologist Cyril Wecht said a lethal dose of methadone and antidepressants caused cardiac dysrhythmia, leading to his death.

Last year Fashion retail mogul Philip Green had bid £60,000 for a kiss with supermodel Kate during a charity auction at Annabel's nightclub in London. But when he declined - in deference to wife Tina - the supermodel puckered up instead with Khan for one full minute.

A new website has been created, Parisexposed.com. The website will give users the heiress's personal items for a small monthly fee, $39.97. These items are believed to be the items that were seized from a Los Angeles storage facility in November 2005, when Hilton apparently failed to pay a $208 bill for her sizable locker.

While Hilton's publicist said the mix-up was because of the third party's tardiness in settling the tab, her items were still sold for $2,775 to an unnamed person.

These items went to a broker named David Hans Schmidt, who later sold them to Parisexposed.com owner Bardia Persa in September. He had originally planned on selling everything together for the bargain price of 20 million dollars.

The website also teases potential subscribers with a video of Hilton soaking in a bubble bath, jewelry, furniture, clothing, diaries, credit card bills, emails, medical records, bank statements, photos, letters written by Hilton talking about on-again pal Nicole Richie and sister Nicky, a love note from former boy-toy Nick Carter and a selection of "never before seen sex videos."

If these letter's talking about Nicole Richie really do exist, could their feud be reheated? Is this a whole new chapter of trouble for Paris Hilton?

Hilton's rep, Elliot Mintz, told the Associated Press Tuesday they are certainly "going to explore all of 'their' legal options about this matter."
