A new website has been created, Parisexposed.com. The website will give users the heiress's personal items for a small monthly fee, $39.97. These items are believed to be the items that were seized from a Los Angeles storage facility in November 2005, when Hilton apparently failed to pay a $208 bill for her sizable locker.

While Hilton's publicist said the mix-up was because of the third party's tardiness in settling the tab, her items were still sold for $2,775 to an unnamed person.

These items went to a broker named David Hans Schmidt, who later sold them to Parisexposed.com owner Bardia Persa in September. He had originally planned on selling everything together for the bargain price of 20 million dollars.

The website also teases potential subscribers with a video of Hilton soaking in a bubble bath, jewelry, furniture, clothing, diaries, credit card bills, emails, medical records, bank statements, photos, letters written by Hilton talking about on-again pal Nicole Richie and sister Nicky, a love note from former boy-toy Nick Carter and a selection of "never before seen sex videos."

If these letter's talking about Nicole Richie really do exist, could their feud be reheated? Is this a whole new chapter of trouble for Paris Hilton?

Hilton's rep, Elliot Mintz, told the Associated Press Tuesday they are certainly "going to explore all of 'their' legal options about this matter."

New York: Socialite heiress Paris Hilton tells her fans that she and pop singer Britney Spears are not lovers.

The two have been partying regularly together and have stirred speculations, reports newsweek.com.

The rumours grew when Spears ex-husband Jason Alexander, who was married to her for just 55 hours, once said: "She found other girls attractive, yes, but we never did anything about it."

In one recent photograph Hilton looked like she was stroking Spears' upper thigh. Another report said Hilton was kissing another woman and suggested that she and Spears are more than just good friends.

But Hilton's representative rebuffs these reports and said: "That is just silly. They are friends and you will continue to see them together. Paris thinks the world of her."

Ever wonder why Paris Hilton would want to get snapped without her undies? Well, it seems that that’s because she always makes it a point to groom that very private place on her body.

The 25-year old hotel heiress has been snapped quite often without underwear, and is currently encouraging new BFF Britney Spears to do the same.

Now, Hilton’s bikini waxer Cindy Barshop, owner of the Completely Bare Salon, in New York, has revealed that the reason the socialite is so comfortable flashing her privates, is because she is always takes care to be well groomed down below.

"Paris is a customer of ours. I haven't done Britney, but we do see Paris for bikini waxes. I feel that if you do a completely bare wax, you feel cleaner, more comfortable and more groomed - it seems a little sexier,” Us Weekly magazine quoted her, as saying.

Barshop also insisted that Hilton happened to be one of those women, who after getting a completely bare wax feel comfortable not wearing any underwear, and as that area is groomed, also don’t feel embarrassed if they’re snaps are taken.

"I think that with the completely bare waxing, they just feel comfortable enough with their bodies that they can skip the underwear. And, oops, if they do happen to flash someone, it's not as embarrassing because the area is groomed," she said.

According to her publicist, sexy socialite Paris Hilton decided to pull off from the Billboard Music Awards because she didn't like the script and the jokes she was supposed to say during the event.

Hilton, 25, apparently received the script last Friday and according to her spokesperson, she felt the jokes will offend some of her peers.

The star's spokesman Elliot Mintz stated: "It is my understanding that some satirical references ridiculed some of her peers. Paris did not want to say anything that could appear hurtful or embarrassing about people she knows."

The Billboard Music Awards will air live today, 7 p.m. on Fox, from Las Vegas' MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Hilton is a socialite in both Manhattan and Los Angeles and she has been described as a "celebutante", a portmanteau of "celebrity" and "debutante".

She initially became well known due to her participation in the reality series, "The Simple Life" and "1 Night in Paris", an unauthorized sex video of her with her then-boyfriend Rick Salomon, which was leaked onto the Internet.

She has since branched out into many careers, including the most recent, in August 2006, launching a serious bid at a music career, with her debut pop album "Paris".

London: It seems that following her split from Kevin Federline, all Britney Spears is interested in is showing off her booty and partying hard in skimpy outfits - that leave little to the imagination - with new found pal Paris Hilton.

Off late the pop diva has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons. While earlier this month she was seen dancing in Las Vegas with her pants off, she recently appeared to have flashed her boobs when out clubbing with the heiress.

Also on numerous occassions, she has been snapped without wearing any panty in public.

But while it seemed Spears has finally decided to bring persistent sightings of her bare bits to an end by buying $3,000 worth underwears, it appears Britney's desperation for exposure apparently has no limits.

The twice-married singer has again been photographed sans knickers. This time, it was on a night out near her home in Santa Monica, reports the Mirror.

Even her new best pal, Paris Hilton allegedly feels the newly single singer needs to cover it up a bit.

"Paris likes to show some skin but even she is finding Britney's skimpy outfits too much. When she isn't revealing her belly, she's displaying her cleavage," said a source.

To paraphrase the title of one of her best-known hits - oops, she forgot it again.

Not only her bra but her fashion sense appeared to have deserted Britney Spears once more as she stepped out in this eye-popping outfit together with her more modestly-dressed pal Paris Hilton.

The green skimpy frock bore a striking resemblance to a fig leaf and covered little more than the real thing.

Bystanders gawped as she threatened to spill out of the dress, which boasted a gaping neckline slashed to her waist.

Perhaps her newly-single status shortly after splitting from husband Kevin Federline meant she was keen to let her hair down.

Or she may have been anxious to show the world she has been unaffected by the break-up.

Either way the 24-year-old threatened to let more than her hair out as the pair tottered on heels into the celebrity hangout Hyde in Hollywood.

With their arms firmly interlocked, Miss Hilton, 26, appeared to be guiding and at one point, even holding up an increasingly dishevelled Miss Spears with a firm hand on her back.

As the evening wore on the princess of pop, who arrived with neatly coiffed locks tied back with a diamante-studded hairband, let loose straggly-looking hair extensions which have been woven into her new bob.

But as the hair came down, her revealing dress was in serious danger of doing so as well.

By the time the girls left and returned to Miss Hilton's car - with a distinctly tired and emotional-looking Miss Spears clutching onto a can of Red Bull, a packet of cigarettes and her mobile phone - the frock had almost given up the ghost altogether.

Either in a bizarre show of female solidarity - or to persuade her pal to cover up - Miss Hilton donated one of her fishnet stockings to her companion.

But it was too little too late as the patterned legwear did little to cover her modesty.

An onlooker said: "It was a shocking outfit. No one could take their eyes off it - for all the wrong reasons. It was more trailer trash than pop princess.

She has been dubbed Iran's Paris Hilton after appearing in a sex video on the internet.

But while Paris's exploits propelled her to worldwide stardom, Zahra Amir Ebrahimi faces ruin, a public lashing and even a jail term.

Ebrahimi is one of the best-known actresses in the strict Islamic country and made the 20-minute sex tape privately with her boyfriend on a camcorder at the flat they shared two years ago.

Unbeknown to her, it was posted on the internet and widely released as a DVD - angering millions in Iran.

Her boyfriend, who has not been named by the authorities in Tehran, is suspected of distributing the material illegally.

He has fled to Dubai and if caught and returned, faces three years in jail and a £6,000 fine for offending public morality.

Now 25-year-old Ebrahimi faces the disgrace of a court case, has been dropped from the top-rated soap where she played a morally upstanding young woman, and has been forced to deny rumours she attempted suicide.

The scale of the scandal has meant Tehran's hardline chief prosecutor Saeed Mortazavi has intervened, ordering a special investigation.

Ebrahimi had been on the verge of landing a number of top roles on Iranian TV dramas.

But with sex outside marriage strictly forbidden in Iran she is being shunned by TV and film companies.

She said this week: "I just want to tell my country's people I am alive. I am thinking about the strength of Iranian women and will defend the respect of the girls and women of my nation."

Iranian police said the motive of Ebrahimi's boyfriend for making the video public was unclear.

Every broadcast in Iran, whether on television or in the cinema, is censored but the country's rulers can do little to stop individuals posting on the net.

While the actress has not been officially named in Iran, her name is on everyone's lips as her identity has become common knowledge through internet chat rooms.

An Iranian police official said: "A full report of the film has been sent to the state prosecutor."

The actress has been a victim of the growth in illegal copying and distribution of private films in Iran. A television presenter was recently sacked for being videoed dancing with a bride he was not related to at a wedding.

The fate of Ebrahimi is a far cry from the experience of celebrity hotel heiress Paris Hilton and her former film-producer boyfriend Rick Salomon.

Her sex video - shot five years ago when she was 21 - spread like wild fire on the internet and rocketed her to stardom in America and Britain after Salomon allegedly cashed in by leaking the tape.

When the tape appeared, her family launched a scathing attack on him, claiming she had been drugged and was unaware what was happening as he filmed their sex romp.

Now she has had to hire top Hollywood agents to handle the flood of offers of work.

Paris already has a successful career as a model and a singer and has launched a cosmetics range.

One agent said: "A sex video would be a train wreck for some people but it has done nothing but help Paris."

The same thing can hardly be said for Zahra Amir Ebrahimi - whose fledgling career has spectacularly hit the buffers.

Lindsay Lohan tosses four-letter insult at Paris Hilton

LOS ANGELES - Lindsay Lohan tossed a four-letter expletive at fellow Hollywood run-around Paris Hilton earlier this week.

In a video posted Thursday on YouTube.com, Lohan was captured leaving a Los Angeles hotel inside which Hilton had reportedly been partying. The 20-year-old actress, as she was getting into the passenger side of an SUV, used the profanity to describe Hilton after an observer asked if they’d fought earlier.

“She’s kidding,” a friend in the back seat quickly followed up Lohan’s sniping.

When asked why she used the word she did, Lohan backtracked: “I never said that. Paris is my friend ... No, I love her.”

The car then sped off into the night.
